The bathrooms are well-equipped, with powerful showers and all necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist guests. Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious and value-for-money breakfast, delivered straight to your room.

One drawback is that there are no lifts in the hotel, which could be inconvenient for guests who have mobility issues or are travelling with heavy luggage.

This hotel is an absolute steal for its prime location just steps away from the main square. The convenience of being situated under a huge mall is fantastic, and it's perfect for those who love to be in the center of the city action. The staff's attention to detail is commendable, from the charming reception to the lovely finishes in the rooms. The twin beds were comfortable, and the rooms were well-equipped with mini bar and coffee facilities. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a great start to the day.

I had an amazing stay here. The rooms were spacious, and the bathroom was a good size. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a swim out pool and a large pool by the beach. The variety of restaurants was impressive, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff at this hotel were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming and friendly. They went out of their way to make me and my family feel at home, especially the reception staff, waitresses, cleaning people, and taxi drivers. They even made my toddlers feel special and included. I also loved the location of the hotel, as it was close to the beach and had fun animal sightings. The water slides were a hit with my kids, and navigating the hotel with a stroller was easy. it was a fantastic experience.

The hotel could benefit from having elevators as there are a lot of stairs to climb, and it can be tiring after a long day out. there were some cleaning issues, as some areas of the room were not as clean as they could be.
