Free parking was a great advantage during our Christmas stay. It saved us the hassle of finding a spot and the extra expenses. The hotel's location was key for us. It was a perfect escape from the traffic and allowed us to easily reach nearby attractions such as the Wieliczka Salt Mine and Auschwitz concentration camps.- The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We experienced some technical issues during our stay. the bathroom ventilation fan could only be turned off by removing the key card, which was quite inconvenient.

Loved the cleanliness and modern-chic vibe of the hotel. the staff were nice and accommodating, and the free Wifi was stable and fast. Breakfast was a delight, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious meals that left us quite satisfied.

The location was quite far from the main city, which made it challenging for us to go around without access to a car. the sound of the trains nearby was sometimes bothersome, but we were able to sleep soundly despite this.

We had a wonderful stay at Perla. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of meals. the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly. Despite there being a wedding at the venue, we heard no noise at all. We arrived early and although our room wasn't ready, the staff went out of their way to prepare it so we could check in earlier. They even accommodated our dog, with a big pet-friendly area in front of the hotel. I highly recommend Perla for both business and vacation trips.
