The location of the hotel is fantastic, really close to the city center and within walking distance of all the major attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with modern furnishings and a clean, well-equipped bathroom. The staff provides a good service, with friendly housekeeping girls and a helpful night shift receptionist.

The day receptionist initially showed reluctance in helping us with some forgotten items in the fridge in the room.

We were pleasantly surprised by the perfect location of Apartamenty Platinia - Komfortowe Noclegi. It was just a short walk to all the major attractions and public transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Despite a few minor inconveniences, our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the main square and 5 minutes from Kazimirz. The apartment has a beautiful garden. The shower is spacious and comfortable. The room is well-equipped with a kettle and complementary water. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices.

Felt special, no reason to complain.
