Perfectly located near main train and bus station. 2 min walk to tram stop. Grocery store 20m away. Good cafes nearby - Wesoła Cafe and Blossom. Spacious, well-equipped apartment, clean and suitable for long stays.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean with daily cleaning service. The security was great and the location was within walking distance to the square. Breakfast, included in the stay, had a variety of choices and was served by a lovely girl.

Felt like a VIP, no reason to complain.

The location of the hotel was convenient - it was close to the train and bus stations. the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. the breakfast was delivered straight to our room which was a nice touch.

The hotel wasn't perfect. Our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator which made carrying our luggage difficult.

I had the most amazing experience staying at this apartment in Krakow. the staff at Platinum Suites were incredibly friendly and fashionable. the apartment itself was beautifully organized, with modern furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. the bathroom was clean and the rain shower was impressive. the location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, the bus and train station, and the city center. I also loved the convenience of having a 24-hour shop right across from the apartment. the view from the vintage balcony was stunning, with a clear sight of the great palace and park. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Krakow.

Just loved how I had to deal with a faulty phone line and noisy neighbors ruining my sleep. Ah, the joys of hotel living.

As young holiday goers, we loved the easy access to the central station and shops. The apartment had excellent internet speed, allowing us to stay connected with our family back home. The location was perfect, with all the attractions just a short walk away. The staff, especially Jakub, were friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a cozy bed and a well-equipped kitchen. The old building added to the charm, and we enjoyed using the stairs instead of a lift. it was a great base for exploring the beautiful city.

Felt special, nothing too much trouble.
