I had a very good stay at this hotel in Warsaw. the location is fantastic as it is situated in a posh district of the city. Secondly, the prices were very reasonable, making it great value for money. Lastly, the staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

the distance from the city center was a bit of a hassle, requiring us to take a bus to get around, but we got used to it after a while. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

One specific situation that happened: Unfortunately, we experienced a technical issue with the room key not opening the external doors. Despite the staff's best efforts, the problem couldn't be resolved.
