We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, surrounded by beautiful mountains and forests. The spacious and serene Spa & Wellness Centre, complete with indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, saunas, steam room, and massage services. Additionally, the luxurious beauty treatments, such as full body massage and foot massage, exceeded our expectations. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were the perfect places to unwind while enjoying the stunning sunset.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of towels in the sauna area, but this was a minor inconvenience that was quickly resolved by the attentive staff.

The spacious rooms are beautifully designed and offer free water, tea, and coffee. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a wide variety of options. The wellness and spa area is clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing experience. The hotel also offers a big parking lot for those traveling by car. The town itself is charming, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops to explore.

Communication with some staff members can be challenging due to limited English proficiency.

Our Easter stay was quite enjoyable. The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to the mountains and with plenty of trails. The swimming pool and sauna area were very relaxing and well-taken care of. , the breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of variety to choose from.

There were some aspects that could be improved. The room cleaning products used had a strong chemical smell that was uncomfortable.
