Great place for a family vacation! The hotel facilities were new and well organized. The rooms and bathrooms were large, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location was perfect, not too close to the main promenade but still near the lake shore. Plus, the free entrance to the Aqua-park, connected to the hotel by a tunnel, was a fantastic addition.

The hotel was not easy to find, but once we arrived, everything was great. The only downside was the lack of English-speaking staff and information in English.

Value for money was excellent, as we got a huge suite for a very good price. The room felt luxurious and the hotel seemed new and fresh. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also great, situated behind a shopping mall and just a few minutes' walk from the lake.
