My room at Platinum Residence Boutique was stylish and intimate, with every detail perfect. The breakfast was the best I've ever experienced at a hotel. The staff were kind and friendly, and the night manager went out of his way to find me a vodka when the bar was closed. I highly recommend this exceptional hotel.

On the positive side, the hotel was conveniently located close to the hospital where I had my appointment. Additionally, the staff were described as pleasant and professional by other guests.

The bathroom facilities were in very poor condition and the shower caused water to flood everywhere. It was quite cold and noisy, with a view of the street and horrible traffic.

Stayed here for New Year and it was a decent stay-over for the night. the room was sparkling clean and had a new and modern design. the location was very convenient to catch an early flight in the morning. the staff was friendly and provided quick check-in service.

There were some negative aspects to consider. the bathroom sink was oddly placed outside of the bathroom, which made washing hands and showering inconvenient.
