During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the hassle-free check-in process. The staff was super friendly and made sure I felt welcome right from the start. The serene atmosphere of the apartment complex was just what I needed for a relaxing holiday break. The peaceful surroundings provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I experienced a minor issue with cleanliness. Although the apartments were generally well-maintained, there were a few instances where the cleaning could have been improved.

Spacious, well-equipped rooms. Comfortable double bed. Early check-in. Easy check-in and check-out. Welcoming receptionist. Suitable for short and medium-term stays. Good internet and kitchen equipment. Tea and coffee provided.

I had a fantastic stay at Platinum Residence Mokotow. the receptionist was welcoming and made check-in and check-out super easy. the apartment was modern, clean, and had everything I needed for a short and medium-term stay. the comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, and amenities like a washing machine and iron were a plus. the location was perfect for me, with easy access to local shops, cafes, and public transportation. a wonderful experience with friendly staff and excellent facilities.

It was a quiet neighborhood, clean apartment, comfortable and well-organized. Near to Westfield Mall, bus and tram stations. Helpful and hardworking reception staff, especially Anna Ginger. Warm wishes from Egypt.
