I had a great stay at this hotel in the Ursynow suburbs of Warsaw. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the spacious rooms with a small equipped kitchen. It was a pleasant surprise to have such basic amenities, including a kettle, in the room. The location was convenient, with easy access to both Poland's Chopin airport and the city centre.

All was fine, no improvement needed.

There are so many facilities available, including a kitchen annex, fridge, and widescreen TV. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the proximity of the router on the floor, ensuring a strong and stable WiFi connection. The cleanliness of the room was also impressive, and the breakfast had a good variety of food options to choose from.

We stayed at a budget-friendly hotel located quite away from the city center and the tourist sites. Although it was a bit far, it was conveniently close to the airport and we found it cheap to get to the center using public transport. The room was tidy and clean all the time, and the bathroom had good quality products. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they could speak several languages. Plus, the breakfast had plenty of choices for meals and drinks, ensuring a satisfying start to our day.

The front desk personnel, especially in the evening, seemed a bit inexperienced and charged our account twice without reason. Luckily, the manager stepped in and resolved the issue with a positive, correct, and polite attitude.

The staff were welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. The balanced breakfast and lobby bar were convenient amenities. I'll recommend this hotel for its excellent service and facilities.

Great value for the price. Big, clean room with large bed & bathroom. Not noisy. Friendly staff, good bar/restaurant. Easily accessible from the airport. Good place for business trips.

The room was fantastic! It was equipped with modern facilities, including a fridge and cooker. the fast and reliable Wi-Fi was a significant advantage, as well as the professional and helpful staff. Another benefit of staying here was the convenience of having a car, as well as easy access to public transportation.

I wish there was tea available in the room at no extra cost. the hotel's location was not the best if you need to be in the city center.

Loved the free Wi-Fi and 24-hour front desk, but my favorite was definitely the car park. Because nothing screams luxury like parking your own car.

Oh, and let's not forget about the exquisite "seating area" in some units. Just what I wanted, a fancy chair to sit on while I'm in my hotel room.
