We had a great stay here - everything was fantastic! The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city! The housekeeping staff cleaned our room to perfection every day, which we appreciated. Also, we were impressed with the staff's exceptional customer service. They were very friendly, offered a welcome drink upon arrival and helped us with our luggage. Additionally, the room service was prompt and efficient which contributed to the quality of our stay.

I recently stayed at Puro Warszawa Centrum for a few days and it was one of the best hotels I've ever been to. The hotel design was exceptional, with our standard double room making excellent use of the space. The storage and furniture were perfectly scaled, and the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom, although small, never felt cramped. The hotel's restaurant was also fantastic, tempting us to dine there with no regrets. The staff, especially Emily or Emilia, were incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with great advice and tips about the city. The facilities were great, and the room was comfortable, with impressive technology that allowed us to control everything from the base station.

Great location, nice room with fridge, iron, and laptop TV connection. Big TV with lots of channels. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and free coffee in lobby. Excellent rooftop bar with New York vibes. Tailormade walking tour adds a local touch. Early check-in possible.

We got great value for our money. The room was fantastic, clean, and quiet. The location was perfect, with plenty of beautiful restaurants nearby. The staff treated us with professionalism and politeness.

The two complementary tours and the breakfast were definitely worth it. the location was great too as it was near a lot of popular spots. Another advantage is that the bed was pretty comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The AC was extremely loud at night making it hard to sleep. the sensor activated light that turned on at night disturbed my sleep even more.

The location, right in the center of this city, was perfect for exploring on foot. I also appreciated the close proximity to the main railway station. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a well-equipped gym. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were attentive and friendly.
