The room service was exceptional, with delicious and tasty dishes delivered right to my doorstep. The staff were always kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. In addition, the hotel provided enhanced comfort with amenities such as ironing facilities, a minibar, a sitting area, and even a dressing area.

The heating in our room was not very effective, and we found ourselves feeling quite chilly throughout our stay. we had requested a baby cot in advance but the one provided was broken and could not be replaced despite being listed as available on their website.
