The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the center of the city. It is conveniently situated on one of the main roads and is within walking distance of the train station and bus stops. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly, helpful, and multilingual. Their warm hospitality makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a particular highlight being the huge bathroom. The attention to detail and the provision of nice toiletries add to the overall comfort of the stay. The breakfast selection is impressive, with a good variety of hot and cold options. The rolls are especially delicious and add a nice touch to the morning meal.

All was excellent, no improvements needed.

Spending Xmas in this hotel was great! the decorations and Xmas atmosphere were fantastic. the breakfast buffet was decent with a good variety of hot and cold options. the location was ideal for walking to many shops and attractions.

The room was outdated and not very clean. the bathroom had mold and mildew in the shower.
