Loved the winter break here! The rooms were cozy and beautifully decorated in a traditional style. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast buffet had an amazing selection. The location was ideal, with a short walk to the main shopping street and the cable car to Gubałówka. Plus, the staff were incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English.

Didn't like the limited parking spaces, had to park on the grass one evening and there was no guarantee of finding a spot. the property was well equipped and clean.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this lovely mountain-style hotel. The rooms were incredibly clean and cozy, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choices for everyone. The facilities for children were excellent, both indoors and outdoors. We traveled with three families of different ages, and everyone loved it. Highly recommended to all!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Bambi Boutique. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were cosy, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food. The hotel is beautifully designed in a classic mountain Polish style, with hand-carved wood throughout. The location is convenient, just a short walk from Main Street and the bus/train station. a wonderful experience!

The residences are amazing - reflecting Zakopane's style, comfortable beds, and stunning mountain views. The staff is helpful and the breakfast is tasty. The wood lodge is lovely and offers a peaceful night's sleep.

Lovely wood lodge-style hotel with great views of the mountains. Comfy room and extremely kind and helpful receptionist. Early check-in and cooking oil provided upon request. Despite small inconveniences, Bambi Zakopane is a recommended stay.

Located in a quiet area out of town, the hotel is just a short walk from the local shop which is convenient. Even in the snow, taxis were operating, making it easy to get around. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with excellent bathrooms and shower facilities. The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding, providing excellent customer service. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had a lovely play area for children to enjoy.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was impeccable. I was impressed to find a desinfection cleaning tag on the toilet seat, showing their commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. The room itself was cozy and well-equipped, with a great view from the windows. I loved the unique setup with a bedroom loft, it gave the room a charming touch. And let's not forget the spa bath, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It was also a pleasant surprise to find that the hotel was just a 15-20 minute walk from the city center, making it convenient to access all the attractions. Lastly, the breakfast served fresh every morning was a delight. With a wide range of options to choose from, including warm dishes like scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages, I was fueled up and ready for the day ahead.

All was just as I hoped, no improvements needed.

Great location, just 5 mins from busy road, close to museums and art gallery, 15 mins walk to Krupowki. Thomsz is a professional and helpful owner. Delicious 3-course dinner for only £4.

Great scenery views from the room and the bathroom shower was top-notch. the hotel is located near restaurants and a variety of outdoor activities. the bed was quite comfortable.

The hotel was in need of an update, with old furniture and a musty smell throughout the room. the staff was uninviting and didn't provide any suggestions for things to do in the area.

Location close to slopes & city center, spectacular surroundings, helpful staff, comfortable rooms.
