We had an amazing stay at Rubinstein! The hotel is perfectly located and the front desk staff were incredibly kind. Our room was calm and spacious, with a fantastic view of Krakow. The breakfast was delicious and we loved the quirky lighting in the bathrooms.

There were some cleanliness issues in the room with dust and rubbish under the bed.

The suite was spacious with 2 quirky-lit bathrooms. The staff were lovely, and there was a room terrace and a lovely bar and restaurant downstairs. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options for both vegetarians and meat eaters. As adventure travelers, we loved the unique character and amenities offered by the hotel.

The location was perfect as we were steps away from the main square and had easy access to many tourist attractions. We also appreciated the friendly staff who were always available to answer our questions.
