We had an exceptional stay at a residence in Zakopane nearby the popular Krupowki area. the facilities were top-notch, with comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms and a modern, spacious bathroom with a great shower. the staff at Serce Tatr Residence were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with useful tips and recommendations for activities in the area. the included breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options including warm dishes. the location was perfect, close to both Krupowki and Tatra National Park, making it convenient for exploring the area. We are already planning to stay here again on our next visit to Zakopane.

As party people, we loved the lively atmosphere at Serce Tatr. The facilities were exceptional, with modern design and top-notch amenities. The staff, including the owner, were friendly and helpful, providing tips on activities and directions. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options and the added bonus of 24-hour access to tea, coffee, and snacks. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of the main street and the Gubalowka lift, allowing us to easily explore the shopping and restaurant scene in Zakopane and enjoy stunning views of the mountains.

Felt like in a fairy, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a fantastic stay at a wonderful hotel in Zakopane. the Serce Tatr Residence - Blisko Krupowek was everything we could have asked for and more. the apartment was immaculately clean and had a fresh, pleasant scent. the bedroom and attic bed were warm and cozy, and there was plenty of space in the wardrobes. We were treated to a beautiful view of Giewont from the balcony. the hotel's location was perfect, being very close to the town centre. the highlight of our stay was the fantastic breakfast, with a wide variety of delicious options. We also loved the unlimited access to coffee, tea, and snacks throughout our stay. the staff were amazing, incredibly approachable and always ready to help. We felt warmly greeted and truly enjoyed our time at the hotel.
