We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel in Sopot and we were pleased with the breakfast and location. the breakfast was varied and the food was fresh. the location was also convenient, being walking distance to many restaurants and attractions such as the pier and the beautiful beaches. the room was spacious and comfortable.

The staff at the spa and front desk were also unwelcoming, making our stay unpleasant. we were not impressed with the quality of service and would not recommend this hotel for a romantic escape.

No bacterial seawater, barking dogs and running children in the hallways, and tiny swimming pool - just what I expected from a five-star hotel!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with luxurious beds ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom is well-appointed with all necessary amenities. The friendly and professional staff provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options to suit every taste, and the view of the sea from some rooms is breathtaking. The hotel also boasts a fantastic gym and private beach for guests to enjoy.

The hotel could benefit from updating its interior design.

Staying here was an absolute indulgence. The hotel has luxurious and exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. The Spa & wellness centre was a highlight with a fabulous range of treatments. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were well maintained. The massage and facial in the treatment room exceeded my expectations with friendly and professional staff. The restaurant served delicious in-room breakfast and buffet breakfast with special diet menus. The bar/lounge area was perfect for me to unwind.

One minor issue was the swimming pool was slightly chilly for my taste, but it did not detract from my experience.

The value for money was great, with a comfy bed and pillows. The location was perfect, with a beautiful sea view and a charming town to explore. The staff were fantastic, always helpful and hospitable.

The breakfast selection could have been better, maybe adding some ice-cream for dessert would be a nice addition.

Our stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The size of the room and the bathroom amenities were great. The rainmaker in the shower provided a relaxing experience. The location of the hotel is excellent, with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea from our Junior Suite. The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious. The hotel is conveniently located close to shopping areas.
