The location of the hotel was perfect, right beside the market square. We were able to explore the old town easily and it was very convenient. The room we had was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom that had a jacuzzi bath and heated floors. The staff provided great service and were always attentive. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and we really enjoyed the freshly squeezed juices. We also made use of the private spa facilities, which were impressive.

The room lacked certain amenities such as multiple pillows on the bed and a kettle/drink station.

I recently stayed at Hotel Stary for a week, and it was an exceptional experience! The hotel has a discreet entrance, which added an extra level of location luxury. The room was surprisingly good for its price, and the bathroom was outstanding with high-quality accessories. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh berries and blue cheese. The highlight of the hotel was the small but pleasant spa, with a beautiful underground swimming pool, saunas, and salt chambers. The combination of old and contemporary architecture gave the hotel a unique and elegant feel.

Located right in the center of the city, Hotel Stary offers a convenient base for exploring the historic attractions of Cracow. It is just a short walk from Wawel Castle, allowing tourists easy access to one of the city's most iconic landmarks. The hotel's central location also means that there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, offering a wide variety of dining options.

The dark brown wood and lack of soft furnishings contribute to a depressing atmosphere that may not suit everyone's taste.

The hotel's location, staff, breakfast selection, pool area, and junior suite were all fantastic. The rooftop bar had great views and overall the hotel had a lot of character.

This hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities and a fantastic location. the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and health club are impressive, providing a variety of wellness options to choose from. the massage here was amazing, and the spa lounge, steam room, and Turkish bath were all top, notch. the restaurant on, site offers an excellent menu with special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area is perfect for a relaxing evening.

We had a fantastic city break in a stylish and unique hotel. the location was ideal with easy access to many local attractions. the staff were friendly and helped us book our trips for added convenience. the breakfast was fantastic with lots of options to suit all tastes. We also enjoyed the complimentary use of the spa facilities which were wonderfully relaxing.

We did experience some disruption during our stay with noisy construction work waking us up early one morning.

Our stay at Stary was absolutely amazing! We stayed for a short period of time but everything was perfect. The hotel offered a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with a warm and welcoming staff. The breakfast was delicious and even accommodated our keto diet. The service was exceptional, with the head waitress making sure our boiled egg was perfect. We loved watching the hourly trumpeter in the tower from the roof terrace bar. The room had a unique feature where all the lights, including the bathroom, could be turned off using the bedside switch. The bathroom itself was amazing, allowing both my partner and I to enjoy an intimate and romantic bath together. The chocolate surprises and complimentary water were to die for. We hope to come back and stay for a longer period of time to experience the sky cafe and the well-being area in the basement. Stary was the perfect way to celebrate our 4th year of being together.
