This cozy chalet is located in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood, away from the very busy town center. It's the perfect base for nature lovers, as it is close to mountains and very near to the wonderful Strążyska valley. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast is delicious, offering a wide variety of options to start the day. the view from the chalet is breathtaking, with snow-covered cottages creating a picturesque scene.

The hot tub could be hotter.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a modern interior and excellent quality finishings. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, from the crisp and clean bed linens to the spotless bathroom. The location in the mountains was perfect, situated in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood and very near to the beautiful Strążyska valley. It was also not too close to the noisy center of this city. The staff was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure all of my needs were met. The breakfast had a good choice of options and the food was delicious.

Despite a minor issue, this hotel was a luxurious retreat. Service was impeccable and exclusive amenities were provided, such as private facilities that added a touch of extravagance. the room was spacious and well, furnished with high, quality linens. Breakfast options were wide, ranging and delicious.

the noise and equipment were not conveniently situated, but staff quickly remedied the situation.

The hotel was in a beautiful location, close to the Strążyska valley which offered stunning views. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. the food at the hotel restaurant was top-notch, with a great variety of options available. We also appreciated the reliable wifi connection during our stay.

The standard rooms at the hotel were small and cramped, with limited space for comfort. Additionally, the breakfast menu was not as expansive as we had hoped, especially for vegetarian options.

We recently escaped to a cozy hotel set in a beautiful mountain town. the breakfast offered was top quality, and we could not have asked for more hospitable and attentive staff. the mountain views added to the romantic ambiance and the outdoor hot tub made for a perfect way to unwind.

The location was a bit further than expected from the town center and the walk back uphill was tedious, particularly in the cold weather. we had some issues with the Wi-Fi which was not entirely reliable.

The room was a bit small, but the bathroom was spacious and well-designed. However, there were no bedside tables or reading lights, which made it a bit inconvenient. Despite this, the hotel's location near a park entrance was lovely. The staff were attentive and the food at the chalet restaurant was of a high standard. I would recommend this hotel for its beautiful location and good service.
