just got back from krakow and had an amazing stay at a modern hotel with friendly staff, comfy rooms, great breakfast, and even a rooftop hot tub with a view. highly recommended!

Stayed at The Loft Hotel for one night while exploring the Jewish district. Perfect location between the main square and the district. Polite English-speaking staff. Beautiful, well-designed room with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Would definitely return.

We had an amazing stay at this modern and comfortable hotel. the spa and sauna were open 24/7, and the rooftop jacuzzi offered a nice view. We were welcomed with complimentary fruits and prosecco on arrival, and the Italian restaurant in the hotel served delicious food with great service. the staff were fluent in English and went above and beyond to assist us. the location was perfect, with the main square and Jewish quarter just a short walk away. the rooms were superbly clean and had all the modern technology we needed. We will definitely visit again!

We had an incredible stay at a centrally located hotel with helpful staff. We organized trips to the Salt Mine and Auschwitz through the hotel, which were well-organized and convenient. The room was clean, the shower was excellent, and we loved the hot tub on the roof. I highly recommend this hotel.

Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately captivated by the stunning interior design. The receptionists warmly greeted me and offered to assist with my luggage, even though I had arrived before check-in time. As I checked in, I was welcomed with a refreshing drink and handed a Samsung phone, which served as both the key to my room and a control device for the lights and air conditioning. My room was impeccable, with a mini fridge stocked with complimentary soft drinks that were replenished daily. Additionally, I was delighted to find a bottle of Prosecco, coffee, and tea in the room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room itself boasted modern aesthetics and excellent amenities. The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering a wide variety of cold meats, cheeses, fruits. The rooftop hot tub provided a breathtaking view of the city at night, and the hotel's pizzeria restaurant served delectable thin-crust pizzas. The hotel's prime location made it a convenient walk to all the city's attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel location was perfect, just a short walk from the marketplace. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. We stayed in this amazing hotel for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to all the historical attractions and the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Anna who was very responsive to all our questions before our arrival. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a fully stocked mini bar and a comfortable bed that provided us with a perfect night's sleep. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a mobile phone in the room to control everything, from the blinds to the TV.

During my recent Christmas stay, I was impressed with the hotel's complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and the refreshments in the mini fridge, which were a lovely touch. the hotel's location was also excellent, just a five-minute walk from the main square and close to many attractions. the jacuzzi on the roof was an added bonus, allowing us to soak in the warmth while enjoying the beautiful city skyline.

There were a couple of downsides. the phone-based room key and controls for the blinds were a bit awkward to use, and the blinds could not be controlled individually.

I had an amazing stay at this place. The location was superb, with just a 10-minute walk to the town square and the Jewish Quarter. There was even a large supermarket conveniently located just under the bridge. It was great being close to both the main town square and the Jewish Quarter, as it allowed for easy exploration of the city. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. They even offered grocery shopping service and laundry facilities, which was incredibly convenient. The airport shuttle service was efficient and reliable, making my arrival and departure hassle-free. Upon check-in, I was welcomed with a refreshing drink, and the tours/ticket assistance provided by the hotel was a great help in exploring the city. The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and comfortable stay, and the outdoor terrace and patio were perfect for relaxing. All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided unmatched comfort and quality services.

I stayed at The Loft Hotel for a week. The spacious room, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. The rooftop jacuzzi was a great bonus, especially in the hot weather. The electronic Pad in the room made it convenient to control everything. The 24/7 bar served amazing stone oven-baked pizzas. The hotel organized a tour to Auschwitz and Birkenau, with a transfer bus and packed lunches. The Rolls Royce pickup at the airport was a cool touch.

Our room, even though it was the basic option, was spacious and well-equipped, including a free mini bar and a coffee machine. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was always ready to assist with any extra requests. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the lack of English TV channels and the difficulty in connecting our phone to the TV, our overall experience at The Loft Hotel Adults Only was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
