The location of the hotel was excellent, situated right at the main pedestrian street, making it a short walk from the old town. This was perfect for all our sightseeing needs and was well served by buses. The room was spacious and comfortable, with tea/coffee making facilities provided. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

The lack of an elevator in the building made it difficult to carry heavy suitcases up to the higher floors.

The location of the hotel was great! It was centrally located and made getting to key tourist spots easy. the room was also very spacious and had great amenities. the Nespresso machine and L'Occitane toiletries were a nice touch.

The hotel lacked basic facilities such as a lift and the lobby was very basic. the pillows were too soft and small, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Comfortable and spacious room with a lovely historic ambiance. The location is unbeatable, close to all major attractions and transportation. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would recommend Tiffi Old Town for a pleasant stay in Warsaw.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right at the main pedestrian street, making it very convenient to visit all the main touristic attractions. Additionally, it is very close to shopping centers like Golden Terrace, so you can easily satisfy your shopping cravings.

There were some cleanliness issues that need improvement.

Staff was so knowledgeable, I felt like I had my own personal tour guide. The free Wi-Fi and fitness center were great!

I loved the mysterious smell in the toilet. It added a touch of adventure to my stay.

Great new hotel with high ceilings and pleasant music in the corridor. Well-equipped and quality amenities, except for toothpaste. No parking, but nearby options available. Helpful staff, large TV in room. Comfortable bed, like sleeping on a cloud! Spectacular location in the old city centre with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. Great WIFI for remote work. Nice staff allowed early check-in.
