We also appreciated the spaciousness of the room, with its high ceilings and full bathroom. The complimentary tea and coffee provided added a nice touch to our stay. we were impressed with the hotel's aesthetic and comfort.

One specific situation that we experienced was the inconvenience caused by staff members smoking outside our window on the first floor. It was a bit intrusive and took away from the relaxing atmosphere we were trying to enjoy.

The hotel is well-designed, clean, and the staff were friendly. The room had a nice combination of old and industrial furniture, and the bathroom was surprisingly pretty with a nice bath and shower gel provided. The hotel also offers free bottles of water in the room daily. a top choice for a comfortable stay.

I mentioned this to the staff and they immediately rectified the situation by sending a supervisor to clean the room and replace the towels.
