We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us as it was on the outskirts of the city, away from the hustle and bustle. Being in a residential area, it provided a peaceful and serene environment. Plus, there was a shopping center right here, which made it super convenient for us to grab any necessities we needed. The staff at the reception desk went above and beyond to ensure that all our requests were met. They even welcomed us with a refreshing drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch with everything from ironing facilities to a fully equipped kitchen. We truly felt like we were at home away from home.

The staff is helpful and caring, and the breakfast offers a reasonable choice, including fresh coffee.

The layout of the breakfast area needs improvement, making it difficult to find plates, utensils, and other essentials.

We had a fantastic stay at Vanilla Aparthotel. The modern and clean rooms were a delight, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine, chocolates, and pastries waiting for us in our room to celebrate our anniversary. The complimentary water provided daily was a nice touch. Despite being slightly out of town, taxis were readily available and reasonably priced. We also enjoyed a fantastic meal at the adjoining restaurant, Oregano. we highly recommend Vanilla Aparthotel for a wonderful stay.

Aparthotel Vanilla was one of the best places I've stayed in for its value for money. The staff, including the cleaners, were friendly and helpful. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, with easy and affordable access to the city center. The restaurant under the hotel had excellent food, and the breakfasts were amazing. Additionally, I noticed that the hotel was wheelchair accessible, which is important for caregivers of spinal patients like myself.

I loved the fact that there is free parking, which is great for those who have a car. One of the best aspects was the daily cleaning service provided at no extra cost. It was nice waking up every morning to a clean room and fresh towels.

One of the worst aspects was the lack of kitchen utensils and supplies, making it difficult to cook in the room. the lack of natural light made the room feel dark and gloomy.
