our recent stay at krakow was great, but our stay at Ventus Rosa was even better! the room was spacious, clean, and had a minifridge with affordable snacks. the staff was kind and helpful. everything exceeded our expectations!

Poor communication about parking reservations.

Our recent stay at the aparthotel was perfect for us as bike riders. The large room provided plenty of space for our bikes and gear. The staff was helpful and even suggested bike routes in the area.

The room was incredibly spacious with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that let in ample natural light. The design and decoration of the room, as well as the entire hotel, were absolutely amazing. I especially loved the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide selection of fresh food and delicious smoothies every day. The staff at the reception were exceptional, always kind, polite, and ready to assist with any information I needed. I also appreciated the option to book a private hour at the spa for a reasonable price. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

Great value for the money, the room was clean and comfortable with a nice kitchenette. The location was perfect, close to the main square but still peaceful. The staff at Ventus Rosa were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some variety, it was the same every day and sometimes items were missing.

Stayed here for Thanksgiving, and it was amazing! the breakfast offered was varied and delicious, with so many options to choose from. the parking on site was a lifesaver, and the location was key - we were able to easily walk to all the nearby sights. the room itself was spacious, clean, and had a design that was both elegant and thoughtful.

The cleaning schedule was a bit odd - we only had it performed every other day, which seems a little sparse for the price. the light from the electronic door sign was a bit bright in our room at night and the bathroom door didn't leave much to the imagination.

Super close location to the main square in Old Town Krakow. Very clean and well-maintained hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast with a good variety of food and drinks.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the historic city center. I would definitely stay here again!

Although our room initially had a problem with the AC, the staff promptly assigned us a new room as an upgrade at no additional charge. They even offered us a voucher for 10% off our next stay to make up for any inconvenience.

The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, and the hotel organized fantastic trips to Auschwitz and The Salt Mines. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast served was excellent, and the hotel had a retro vibe while still offering modern amenities. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The 'Orangery' room does not have an external door, which was a disappointment. The kitchenette is too small to be fully functional.
