The location of the hotel is great, close to main attractions and transportation, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the breakfast selection is quite diverse and presented beautifully, making it a pleasant start to the day. the rooms are bright and cozy, and the bedding is of high quality.

The housekeeping was lacking, with towels and linen not being changed, and dirty cups and glasses not being replaced. the room facilities were not up to standard, with no cable TV or telephone, making it difficult to order room service or wake-up calls.
