Despite the high temperature outside, the hotel managed to provide a comfortable stay with the air conditioning. the room was clean and tidy, and the staff was very hospitable and accommodating. the breakfast was quite impressive with a variety of options available to suit everyone's taste buds. the location was perfect as it was accessible to the city's main attractions and restaurants.

The soundproofing in the hotel was inadequate leading to a lot of noise which made it difficult to have a peaceful night's rest. the checkout time was early which made it challenging to make the most of the last day.

The hotel had excellent Wi-Fi, convenient tram access with a ticket shop beside the tram stop. It was located in a quiet area, and the breakfast was very nice. The restaurant also served good dinner options. The rooms were well-equipped, and the bathroom was spacious with great water pressure and lighting. The hotel is disabled-friendly.

Felt very welcomed, no reason to complain.
