The hotel offers incredible value for money, with spacious rooms that are bigger than expected. The beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel provides rooms with balconies, allowing guests to enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains from the comfort of their own rooms.

The location is great, close to the heart of Zakopane. Easy check-in process with no paperwork. The room was as shown in the pictures with a nice view. The wifi was very good and there was ample free parking. The breakfast was delicious and made us feel at home.

The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. the location was great, close to the city center and hiking trails. the staff was helpful when asked for assistance.

Our room was not properly cleaned and had stains on the bedding. the shower gel was the only toiletry provided.

The manager was extremely welcoming and helpful, making our experience even better. The rooms were modern and cozy, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and memorable stay.
