We were thrilled with our recent stay at a luxurious hotel in the south Polish mountains. The facilities were outstanding, including a spa and restaurant that exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. One specific situation that stood out to us was when we requested an early breakfast at 6 am to accommodate our early start the next morning, and the hotel had no problem arranging it for us. Additionally, they provided a bed downstairs for my older father so that he didn't have to navigate the narrow staircase during the night. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the hotel provided excellent customer service, even compensating us for any inconveniences we experienced. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Zacisze. the hotel is modern and high tech, with a great swimming pool, hot tub, salt cave, and sauna. We loved using these facilities twice a day. the room was spacious, modern, and well-lit, perfect for relaxing or working on the computer. the staff were friendly and hospitable, and the location was ideal for exploring the nearby mountains and other attractions. the dinner cooked by the home chef was delicious, and we enjoyed the peaceful nature surroundings during our walks. it was a clean, new, and peaceful place, and we can't wait to return for a longer stay.

on a break from my long journey, i stayed in wegierska gorka and was pleasantly surprised by zacisze. the spacious and comfortable room felt like an apartment, the food was excellent with unique flavor combinations, and the staff were lovely. highly recommended.
