We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely personable, polite, and helpful. The rooms were bright, delightful, and clean, with fast wifi connectivity throughout. The shared space outside the rooms served as a convenient dining and working area. The hotel is situated in a great location, only 20-30 minutes away from the airport and close to popular restaurants in the vicinity.

That the room wasn't very soundproof, so we could hear noise from the upstairs neighbors at times.

The newly renovated building in Bairro Alto/Chiado was a great location, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, and the famous tram no. 28. The staff provided excellent and friendly service, making us feel at home. The comfortable bed was a bonus.

The view from our terrace was the best in Portugal, and the whole hotel had a cozy, historic charm. The renovated bathroom and amazing shower were a highlight. The staff went above and beyond, and we will definitely be returning!

We got great value for our money at 54 Santa Catarina. The apartment was fabulous, providing everything we needed and more. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us valuable information about what to do and see in the Chiado district. The location was unbeatable, with the Mercado de Ribera food market just a short walk away. We definitely want to return!
