Amazing room with high ceilings, and a lovely bathroom. The balcony was a nice touch! Breakfast was top-notch with homemade treats. Spa facilities were a plus, making relaxation easy. Everything was super clean and comfy, including the soundproofing. Location's perfect, just a short walk to attractions. Loved the kindness of the staff!

At Cocorico Luxury House, the fresh croissants at breakfast were out of this world—definitely a highlight! Plus, we reveled in the spacious family room upgrade that made our stay incredibly cozy.

On the flip side, the hotel's policies felt a bit inflexible, and the old wooden floors meant we could hear everything happening upstairs. But honestly, with such charm and quiet comfort, it hardly bothered us!

Homemade breakfast items are genuinely delightful.

During my stay, I faced significant annoyance with the plumbing issues in the Superior Double Room. The air conditioning was noisy, waking me up with horrible clattering from the pipes in the middle of the night. Additionally, I found the hotel's policies rigid. we had to repeatedly ask for extra cups each day, despite being a couple. To top it off, the noise from the wooden floors made it unbearable to relax at times.

Our stay at Cocorico Luxury House was fantastic! We were upgraded to a spacious family room that was incredibly quiet, and beautifully furnished. The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially the breakfast lady who served us excellent homemade treats, and Marcos at the bar was delightful. The location was a nice 15-minute walk from the main attractions, making it easy to explore Porto. We truly felt welcomed and pampered throughout our entire stay!
