Close to Penice, in a rural area. Hidden but rewarding. Fantastic local restaurant. Great service from Daniela. Beautiful garden and large pool. Excellent rooms with AC and two exits. Quiet and safe. Simple breakfast. Welcoming reception. Strong shower. Family hotel. Avoids busy nights at the beach. Best Pastelaria in Portugal nearby. Good restaurants with great Portuguese food. Enormous portions.

A Hidden Gem

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for me as it was close to nature and had a nice view of the countryside. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, particularly Daniela at the reception. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms were cozy and comfortable, especially with the fireplace, which added a nice touch to the ambiance. this hotel provided excellent value for money.

Although there were a few minor issues, everything was fine.

This countryside hotel was well-located for exploring the nearby beaches and towns, which offered plenty of activities. The swimming pool was a great spot to relax during the hotter afternoons. it was a fantastic value for money.

The rustic charm of the hotel did not extend to all aspects of the property, and some areas needed maintenance. Though it did not significantly affect our stay, there were issues with the WiFi signal.

We recently stayed at Hotel Rural A Coutada for a week and had a wonderful time. The staff, especially the male receptionist who checked us in, were extremely helpful and kind. The swimming pool was perfect for swimming, with a nice depth and enjoyable atmosphere. The hotel's garden was beautiful, and some rooms even had direct views of the pool and garden. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we loved that there was a restaurant on-site. The hotel's location was also great, just a 10-minute drive from the beaches and close to a village with cafes.

Lovely receptionist named Daniela helped us with everything. The hotel features a picturesque garden with beautiful trees and a large swimming pool. Rooms with spacious bathrooms and air conditioning. Highly recommend this fabulous place.
