We had a fantastic stay in a guesthouse located right in the heart of the historical district. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we even had a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful neighborhood. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the complimentary cake and tea in the afternoon. The location was perfect for exploring all the main attractions within walking distance.

The staff member, Sofia, greeted me warmly and provided me with refreshments and cake. She was incredibly helpful, giving me advice on what to do in the city and how to get around. The room I stayed in, the Heather Flower room, was spacious and well-appointed. I loved the apartment-like feel, with separate spaces for the washbasin, shower, and entrance area. The balcony offered fantastic views, and the breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful. The location of the hotel was also perfect - close to the center, historical sites, and restaurants. I felt so taken care of and at home during my stay.

Aguamel is a hidden gem in Sintra, with a secluded location but still in the heart of town. The chic design and thoughtful touches create a comfortable atmosphere. The location is fantastic, with a wine shop and one of the best restaurants in town right downstairs. Perfect for families with 2 small kids.

The free homemade cakes and unlimited tea and coffee were a nice touch. the location is ideal for exploring the area and there are plenty of dining options nearby. the views from the room were fantastic.

The room was quite small and cramped, and the bathroom was not very private. the noise from the street was quite loud at night, making it difficult to sleep.

The room was modern, light, bright, and very clean. the bed was comfortable and the staff were helpful and kind. the location was perfect for sightseeing and there were great restaurants nearby. the access to the kitchen and the tea, coffee, and cake buffet was a nice touch.

The room had a strange setup with the toilet and shower installed within the room, causing the floorboards to get wet.
