I felt so welcome at this lovely hotel in a picturesque hill town. The room was clean and comfortable with beautiful views. The restaurant served excellent food and even accommodated dietary restrictions. The staff checked in to make sure I was happy throughout my stay. I highly recommend this charming retreat.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel perched high on a hill in a historic fortress-city. The location was perfect, close to everything and easily accessible by car. The room was clean and offered a beautiful panorama of the valley and a stunning view of the castle from the balcony. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, providing me with an extensive breakfast even though I was the only guest. Parking was ample right outside the hotel, making it convenient and hassle-free.

The breakfast spread is delicious, with freshly made croissants, pastries, cereal, fruit. Plus, the hotel offers free WiFi for guests to stay connected.

The hotel is situated in an ideal location with fascinating views of the nearby castle. Despite the small size of the hotel, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts were enjoyable, as there was a wide range of quality foods on offer, including cheeses, meats, and eggs.

Some rooms don't offer any view and are quite musty with no means of ventilation. some rooms may seem smaller than others, which can be uncomfortable for some guests.

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! First of all, the location was absolutely amazing. Situated within the city walls of a charming mountaintop village, the hotel offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. It truly felt like a hidden gem. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Finally, the rooms were spacious and clean, with double-sized beds that ensured a comfortable night's sleep. Oh, and did I mention that breakfast was included? Such a great value for money!

We were lucky to have a room with a fantastic view towards the Spanish border. The hotel's location within the city wall of Marvao was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the Old City and enjoy the stunning scenery. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We were delighted to find that breakfast was included in our rate, a great value for money.
