We were amazed by the stunning view of Mount Pico right outside our apartment. The hosts, Federica and Fabio, were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. The on-site restaurant offered breathtaking views of the sea and neighboring island. The location was perfect for our trip to Pico, and the staff were super helpful in showing us all the hidden gems on the island. Our house was cleaned daily, and the secluded yet close-to-town location made it convenient for us to explore cafes and shops.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was the perfect escape from the bustling city life in NYC. The bungalow I stayed in was spacious and private, nestled in a fragrant forest of incense trees. The location close to nature was incredible, providing a serene and tranquil environment. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a swimming pool and a well-designed restaurant area with breathtaking views. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. The cleanliness of the accommodation was impeccable, and the hotel had plenty of parking space available.

The panoramic vista of neighboring Faial Island during breakfast was truly mesmerizing. The tranquil and peaceful surroundings, nestled in a fragrant forest of incense trees, added to the overall idyllic ambiance.

I enjoyed cooking my own meals in the kitchen and the dining area was a nice touch.

The push-button shower was a fun challenge, because who doesn't love a quick shower in seconds?

Had a great New Year's stay! The view from the hotel was breathtaking, with a stunning coastline and a beautiful mountain. The location was perfect, close to a supermarket for convenience. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Plus, the breakfast options were fantastic, with a choice of sweet or salty options.

There were some disappointments. The plastic chairs at the entrance of the cabins didn't fit the picturesque environment.

Federica also made sure we had our own taxi driver for island tours and provided recommendations for activities. The staff members were professional and caring, making our stay truly memorable. we highly recommend Alma do Pico for anyone visiting Pico Island.

We had an amazing stay at Alma Do Pico Aparthotel. the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful green gardens made it a truly relaxing experience. the friendly staff took the time to recommend non-touristy places to visit on the island, which turned out to be hidden gems. the breakfast, made with homemade products, was delicious, and we appreciated the option of having packed lunches. We highly recommend trying their Italian restaurant. the kitchenette in our luxury little house was well-equipped, and there was a grocery shop nearby.

We had an amazing time during our romantic escape. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They even helped us with getting a rental car, which made exploring the area so much easier. The location was perfect, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The onsite restaurant was a highlight, serving delicious homemade Italian cuisine.

While our stay was mostly fantastic, we found the prices at the restaurant to be a bit high for the overall experience. we would have appreciated more sustainable initiatives, such as recycling bins.

alma do pico surpassed my previous stay in madalena, azores. the property and rooms were fantastic, with outstanding views and a relaxing pool. the owners made us feel like family and the italian restaurant was delicious. it was the perfect rest and relaxation spot on the island.
