The hotel's location is perfect, nestled in a quiet corner of a beautiful municipal square, yet still right in the hub of the city. It is conveniently surrounded by many good restaurants and is just a short walk away from the main areas of this city. The transportation options are easily accessible, making it a breeze to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel facilities are top-notch, with spacious and tastefully decorated rooms that are impeccably clean. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including delicious breads and a selection of hot and cold dishes.

The renovated buildings merge beautifully with the landscape. Guests can fully enjoy the property, including the outdoor pool and terrace, breakfast room, café, rooftop bar.

Oh, how I loved staying in a heavenly retreat! Not being provided with an umbrella or adaptor truly made my stay unforgettable.

The hotel's traditional decor and central location made it perfect for my first visit to the city. The staff went out of their way to help with sightseeing and my room was spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend! it was a great experience.

Great Location: The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to the sea and within walking distance to many attractions in the city. It was very convenient to explore the different parts of the city using various transportation options.

Lack of Natural Light: Unfortunately, my room was situated on the ground floor with a window facing a wall and an air conditioning unit, resulting in a lack of natural light. This made the room feel dark and I couldn't see outside to check the weather or enjoy any natural views.

The hotel is in a great location very central but just outside of some of the craziness of the city center. It is near enough to all the action of Lisbon but tucked away in the corner of one of the squares. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with luxurious amenities in the bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, with options for everyone's taste.

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel can be a bit slow at times.

I travel extensively for work, and my recent stay at Almalusa Baixa/Chiado in Lisbon was one of the top hotels I've experienced. The staff went above and beyond, providing recommendations and assisting with plans. The restaurant was fantastic, so much so that I brought both a business associate and friends there on different occasions. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spotlessly clean. The welcome wine and cake were a delightful touch. I'm already planning a return trip with my husband.
