The apartment was very clean and modern, with a good amount of closet space. The staff were helpful upon arrival and the layout of the rooms and bathroom was nice. The location was key, with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach being within walking distance. the apartment was close to bus stops and the main bus station, making it convenient for us as we didn't rent a car. We also appreciated the prompt communication from Veronica, who helped us book a jeep tour to Pico do Arieiro.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The apartment lacked some basic cooking essentials such as salt, sugar, and oils, which we had to buy ourselves and couldn't take back home.

The beach was also nearby, which was a bonus. The proximity to bus stops made it convenient for us to explore the island without a car. The staff, especially Veronica, was extremely helpful and always available through WhatsApp. The apartment was clean, modern, and had amazing views. We also appreciated the verandah and the prompt response to our requests. a great experience!

The location couldn't be better, right in the city center. the staff was friendly and helpful. - the room was large and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great shower.

The apartment had no views and the windows faced another building wall, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic. There were several flights of stairs to climb to enter and reach the bedroom and bathroom, and the elevator only carried luggage up to the 3rd floor.

the apartment is located in the very centre of the city, making it convenient to explore and enjoy everything Funchal has to offer. the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped, including a washing machine. the host Dalia arranged a cost-effective airport transfer. I had a great experience at Apartamentos Funchal.
