Staff provided a free room upgrade with river view and hot tub. They decorated the bed with rose petals and made a delicious chocolate birthday cake. Baby cots and bathrobes were provided at no extra cost. Breakfast was delicious with great views. Highly recommended.

Breakfast offers a variety of options, and the view from the room is simply breathtaking.

We spent our Christmas vacation in this amazing resort and we couldn't be happier! The highlight of our stay was the impressive spa which offered a wide range of treatments and was beautifully designed. The location was also perfect, nestled in the midst of nature, making it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also enjoyed the comfortable and spacious rooms that were equipped with everything we needed.

The lack of onsite dining options, which meant we had to venture out for meals. the nearest supermarket was quite far away, making it difficult to stock up on basic supplies.

This venue offers luxurious amenities that fulfilled my exclusive needs. The Spa and wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and Jacuzzi provided me with an exceptional, relaxing stay. The health club had modern equipment, offering both a full-body massage and an exclusive beauty treatment. The Spa centre and the garden area were exquisite, with a sun terrace and a seasonal outdoor pool. The hotel's special diet menus were perfect for my needs, and its location advantages, being near fantastic river beaches and supermarkets, made my stay even more comfortable.

The only minor issue I had was the slow service. Even though the hotel staff was friendly, this hotel's high-end restaurant service was slow, and some of the dishes were overpriced.
