We had an incredible experience staying at a boat-turned-houseboat in Ria Formosa. Arriving by boat and being left in the middle of a tranquil lagoon was simply stunning. Our suite on the water provided breathtaking views of the nearby beach and gorgeous sunsets. We loved rowing around in the little dingy and even back-flipping into the pristine water. the facilities on board were excellent, with hot water from solar panels, a portable gas stove, and an en-suite shower room with flushing toilets. the location was unbeatable, with beautiful sandbanks to roam on and pristine water to swim in. it was an amazing idea and the best located room in all of Algarve.
