I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. the location was excellent, right in the heart of the city center on a super touristy pedestrian street. It made it so convenient to explore all the attractions. Secondly, the staff was outstanding, always friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with high ceilings on the higher floors and some even had a great view of the castle from the balcony. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a good spread of selections including yummy pastries. it was a fantastic experience.

There was really nothing to complain about. All was more than satisfactory.

I had a wonderful stay at Be Poet Baixa! The hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore all the main attractions in the city. The friendly staff were welcoming and even surprised me with a glass of port and a delicious pastry upon arrival. The room was stylish and modern, and I especially loved the comfortable bed and the excellent shower. The buffet breakfast included fresh fruits and good bread, and the breakfast area was nice and inviting. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Lisbon.

Our stay in this hotel was excellent! The location was superb, as it was steps away from a bustling pedestrian street, full of nightlife, and in close proximity to all transport links, including the station. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and clean, with a lovely view of the bustling street below. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, offering us a complimentary glass of wine upon arrival and providing us with helpful recommendations and advice throughout our stay. The breakfast was outstanding and served in a nearby Italian restaurant.

The hotel did not have an on-site bar for us to enjoy a nightcap before bed.

Perfectly situated in the center of the city, this hotel offers great value for money with rooms that are clean and well-maintained. The friendly staff go above and beyond to provide excellent service, and the basic amenities such as cold drinks and a comfortable bed make for a great stay. The breakfast spread is also fantastic, providing a great start to the day.

I recently stayed at Be Poet, a small boutique hotel in the heart of Lisbon. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations and directions. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions and plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms were comfortable and the continental breakfast was delicious. I especially loved the complimentary port tasting and custard tarts at reception. I would definitely choose Be Poet again for my next visit.

The hotel is in a great location, with clean and comfortable beds. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The top floor room had a nice view of the arch, and the hotel design was well thought out. The breakfast spread was amazing, with accommodating hours. The communication with the staff was prompt and personalized. a wonderful hotel experience.

Great value for money, with spacious and nicely decorated rooms. The location on Rua Augusta was perfect, and despite the lively street, the rooms were quiet. The staff at the hotel, from the reception to the restaurant and cleaning staff, were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome.

Menu for breakfast could be improved with the addition of a kettle for guests to make their own tea or coffee.

I loved the thoughtful surprise the hotel prepared for my special occasion. They left a plate of fresh fruit and Port as a birthday treat in our room. Plus, the location was perfect and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Be Poet Baixa.

Noisy street at night.

The staff here were amazing! They gave us a warm welcome, including delicious treats, and provided us with a useful map and all the insider tips for exploring the city. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro and tram, and close to some great restaurants. the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. the breakfast in the Italian restaurant next door was tasty and affordable.

That there was no bar in the hotel. We like to relax with a drink in the evening, so it would have been nice to have that option.
