The rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities such as soundproofed rooms, flat-screen TV, and in-room safe. The service was exceptional, with 24-hour room service, airport shuttle, tours/ticket assistance, and housekeeping. The staff was very welcoming, always available to help, and gave us a welcome drink upon our arrival.
