The staff at Best Guest was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They were always available to assist us with any needs or questions we had. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms exceeded our expectations, making us feel comfortable and at ease. The well-appointed kitchen and the availability of hot water in the shower added to the overall convenience of our stay. Despite the minor inconvenience of the hostel's location on a busy street, we found the bed to be extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I would highly recommend Best Guest for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Porto.

Everything is what I need and want.

I had an exceptional experience at this hostel! The location is superb, right in the heart of the city and very close to the metro and Sao Bento train station. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with individual lights and charging ports. The staff is super friendly and helpful, even calling me about items I left behind. The continental-style breakfast is a nice start to the day. I couldn't be happier with my stay.

It would have been nicer if there were some board games available for entertainment on rainy days.

The staff provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help us in a potential travel emergency. The included breakfast was basic but just enough to start our day. I got great value for my money at Best Guest. The room had its own bathroom, adjustable lights, and windows that could be opened for fresh air. The staff, Crislei, Tatiana, and Ilary, were always available and made me feel at home. The location was perfect, close to the cathedral and all the main attractions.

The rooms were quite Spartan and lacked any kind of comfort. There were no clothes or towel hangers in the room or bathroom, which was quite inconvenient.
