The hotel had a lot of taste and the design was beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location was great, with easy access to public parking and a metro station for exploring the city on foot. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Despite a few minor issues with the shower door and communication during breakfast, our overall experience was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel. The bed was cosy and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional all the time. the hotel had some nice daily touches, such as a turn down service with soft pillow scent and flavoured teas. the hotel's location was perfect, in a quieter area but still walking distance to the centre of town. the Wi-Fi speed was excellent, and we appreciated that the shower worked flawlessly.

Our stay was somewhat spoiled by some construction work being done near our room, which was noisy and disruptive, especially in the mornings. We hope these issues will be resolved soon as the hotel has potential to be great.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. the luxurious amenities exceeded our expectations, especially the Spa & wellness centre. the massage service was exceptional, with a range of therapies including full-body massages and head massages. the Spa lounge was exceptionally beautiful and relaxing, and the staff were accommodating and skilled. Rooms had a private Jacuzzi and sun terrace for the ultimate relaxation. Location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by lush gardens.

the outdoor swimming pool was not as heated as expected, making it too cold for comfortable swimming.

Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that our every need was met. The bed was extremely comfortable and the decor of the hotel was done with a lot of taste. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Bonjardim 560 is like a luxury oasis in the middle of the city with its amazing pool, sun terrace, and 5-star service. Oh, and the hot tub and bike rental are just the cherries on top. Absolutely fabulous!

I mean, who needs a conveniently located hotel with a concierge service and a sun terrace? Definitely not me.

The rooms were amazing and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were greeted with wine and chocolates, and the staff took the time to provide us with personalized recommendations for food and brunch. the location was great, with many interesting places to visit within a 10-minute walk. it was a stylish and comfortable city break with all the creature comforts.

The spiral staircase was a bit precarious and not suitable for the elderly. the air conditioning was oddly positioned, but it wasn't a major concern.
