The value for money at the hotel was great, especially considering the spacious and comfortable room we had. The staff treated us really well and were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location was also convenient and the hotel had a beautiful outside area.

I had an amazing experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location on the outskirts of town was perfect for me, as it provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I loved being able to take a leisurely walk to the nearby bars and restaurants. Additionally, being in the Douro Valley allowed me to explore the beautiful vineyards and take a boat ride in Pinhao. Another great feature was the hotel's proximity to a shopping mall, which was fantastic for any last-minute needs. The staff at this venue were extremely friendly and attentive, making sure that my every need was met. The room itself was spacious and well-designed, with all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I also appreciated the separate tub and shower in the bathroom, as well as the free toiletries provided. The flat-screen TV and comfortable sitting area added to the overall relaxation of my stay.

I stayed at a hotel on the outskirts of Vila Real and had a fantastic experience. The location was great - it was on the outskirts of the town, but still within walking distance to the city center. It was also very easy to access main roads to explore the surrounding areas. One great advantage was that the hotel was located opposite a shopping mall, which was very convenient.

That the hotel was not well signposted off the main road. There was only a small, dark sign by a car garage, which made it difficult to find.

The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a wide variety of options for everyone. the rooms were well-maintained and spotlessly clean. the outdoor swimming pool provided a great way to cool down on hot days. the staff was friendly and helpful when it came to organizing activities.

The hotel is located far from the city center and next to busy freeways, making it a bit noisy. the lack of shade around the pool and parking area was a big downside, leading to discomfort in hot weather.

The outdoor pool was sparkling and inviting, with comfortable loungers to relax on. The addition of a spa with a sauna, steam room, and indoor pool was a great bonus. Free parking dedicated to the hotel made it convenient for guests with cars. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
