We had a great stay at Hotel Botanico in Lisbon. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the central road. The room was spacious, light, and clean, and the ensuite was also clean and a good size. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for exploring the city. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

Recently renovated. Clean and tidy. Quiet location. Less than 10-minute walk to town center and Metro. Two lifts to all levels. Excellent Wi-Fi. Ricardo on reception very helpful upon arrival. Helped with maps and suggestions where to go. After check-in, he helped take our luggage to the room. Would definitely stay again.

I had a great experience at a hotel in old town Lisbon. The check-in person was incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting with our bags. The hotel had reserved parking right in front, which was convenient. When they saw we had a lot of luggage, they upgraded us to a larger room with plenty of space. The bathroom and room were both spacious and basic, but exactly what we needed for our last night. There was even a great Indian restaurant nearby for a change of cuisine. The hotel served its purpose perfectly, providing us with an inexpensive last night before our early morning flight. I highly recommend this hotel for a quick and comfortable stay.

Despite the hill we had to climb to get to the hotel, it was a small inconvenience in an otherwise enjoyable stay. we would recommend this hotel.

Tiago helped us get a taxi to the airport. Oscar at reception was also helpful. Great location near sights and Avenue de Liberdade.

The complementary minibar in the room was a nice surprise, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to beat the summer heat. the location was really convenient, just a short stroll to designer shops and great restaurants. Plus, the wifi connection was fast and readily available, and the bed was super comfortable.

The walls seemed to be paper thin, as I could clearly hear the guests in the next room throughout the night, and the noise from cleaners in the morning was quite disruptive. the hotel's elevators were tiny and the stairs were quite steep, which made it a bit of a challenge to move around with heavy luggage.

The hotel provides excellent staff, amazing location and clean facilities. It's the perfect base for exploring the city, with nearby train, metro and tram stations.
