Great value for money, with a stylish and comfortable room in a beautifully refurbished old building. The location was perfect, overlooking the river and close to the port houses. The staff at Cale Guest House were fantastic, offering a warm welcome and providing helpful tips for exploring Porto and beyond.

We loved the convenient location of the guest house, right in the center of the old city. It was easy to reach by public transport from the airport and close to all the sights we wanted to see in Porto. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a beautiful view of the city.

That there was no elevator in the building, but the staff were happy to assist with carrying our luggage up the stairs.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing personalized recommendations and making us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The location was perfect, close to the river and within walking distance of the historic center.

The noise from the streets at night, which was a bit bothersome.

The room I stayed in was spacious and had an amazing view of the city. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with everything within easy walking distance.

The lack of a towel rack in the bathroom. Additionally, there was no elevator in the hotel, but the staff were kind enough to assist with carrying luggage.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with modern bathrooms that were sparkling clean. the historic building had a charming back deck where you could relax and enjoy the atmosphere. the location was prime, with easy access to the river and plenty of great restaurants nearby.

I had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel is situated in the heart of town, right by the Cathedral, making it incredibly convenient to walk to all the city attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast served was delicious, with freshly squeezed orange juice.

Nothing not to love!

The experience was aesthetic!! We were able to see a church through a window of our room. The room was clean and comfortable. Pedro, the staff, is absolutely nice. He is friendly, helpful, and considerate. The location is fantastic. It is very close to the riverside and Sao Bento station. Breakfast was already set up on our table and Pedro served us coffee/tea. We didn't have to share anything with other guests. The portion and variety of the breakfast felt just right!
