We loved this hotel! The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-functioning elevator and a lovely roof terrace. The location was perfect, as it was very close to a metro station and public buses, making it easy to explore this city.

The room was very clean with daily towel and bed dress changes. the location was excellent, close to a metro station and within walking distance of the city center. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a daily plan for our visit and offering tips. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view.

There were some damp areas in our room, which was a bit inconvenient. We also found the towels could have been fresher.

The property is conveniently located near public transport stations and surrounded by many amazing restaurants. We especially loved the big terrace on the top of the building with its breathtaking view. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, with the cleaning ladies taking care of our room every day. The staff at Casa Belmonte was extremely approachable and always ready to assist with any needs. We also appreciated the close proximity to a large underground garage as we had rented a car. we had a wonderful experience at Casa Belmonte.

Good location, clean and cozy rooms, friendly staff, well-equipped kitchen, and common rooftop. Efficient AC, comfortable bed, and plenty of towels. Convenient public transportation access. a great place to stay in.

I recently stayed at Casa Belmonte for a few days and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. I also appreciated having a fridge and electric kettle in the room, as well as access to a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the Marques de Pombal metro station, and surrounded by grocery stores and delicious confectioneries.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the subway and close proximity to the Metro station. The rooms are comfortable and the showers are great. The staff is helpful and check-in and check-out processes are smooth. Guests can enjoy free and fast wifi, and some rooms have a wonderful view of downtown Lisbon and the Tagus River.

The lack of 24-hour reception and only having one key per room can be a bit inconvenient for guests who have different plans during their stay.

The location was central and convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shopping and dining. The staff went above and beyond to help us locate our lost luggage and gave us great restaurant recommendations. our stay at Casa Belmonte was bright, friendly, and homey.

There was a minor inconvenience with the hotel entrance being close to a busy road and bus stop, causing some congestion and noise. Additionally, the communal kitchen had a tablecloth that seemed damp and not completely clean.
