The location was perfect, with a beautiful lake nearby for swimming and breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery. The spa area was a lovely treat, with a sauna and steam bath to relax in. The room was beautifully designed, with a comfy bed and a stunning panorama view. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel even offered an afternoon snack for free. a truly unforgettable experience.

The massage at the spa wasn't as great as I had hoped.

Spent xmas at this mountain hotel and it was truly a wonderful experience. the view from my room was breathtaking - it was like looking out over a winter wonderland. the staff was incredibly friendly and warm, always ensuring that I had everything I needed. the food was delicious, especially the traditional xmas dinner. And to my surprise, they even offered guests complimentary hot cocoa and pastries every evening by the fireplace. Talk about a cozy touch!

The only thing worth noting is that the mountain roads to get there can be a bit tricky to navigate, especially during the winter season. But as long as you take it slow and drive carefully, you'll be rewarded with a magical holiday experience.
