Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Located in a prime spot, this hotel offers easy access to all the attractions in the area. Situated on a wooded hillside with great views, it provides a peaceful and picturesque setting. The rooms are well-equipped with a fridge, kettle, and toaster, and the breakfast served in the room is delicious. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist guests.

The parking situation can be challenging, especially during busy tourist seasons.

This hotel offers great value for money as it is priced reasonably and provides basic amenities. The rooms with a view of Sintra's castles are the best ones. Also, the location, amid a wooded hillside, is ideal for exploring the area near the city center but away from mass tourism.

our recent stay in sintra was even better than expected, thanks to casa do valle. the attention to detail and friendly staff made us feel like we were at a top-notch hotel. the beautiful setting and view, along with the calming atmosphere, made for a truly relaxing experience.

Breakfast arrangements were a bit problematic.

the pool, views, and facilities were so great that we ended up staying at the hotel instead of going out sightseeing every day. it was peaceful, relaxing, and we left feeling rested and relaxed.

Smaller room and bathroom than expected.

We had a romantic escape and we loved the beautiful property and gardens with fresh fruit trees. the views were amazing, especially from the pool area. the staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. Plus, the easy access to a kitchen and BBQ facilities was a bonus.

The uphill walk to the hotel was a bit tiring, especially after a long day exploring. It might not be suitable for those with mobility issues if they don't have a car.

Everything is what I need and want.

Great place to stay during my business trip with amazing views of the landscape. Loved the fact that breakfast was served in the room with a variety of delicious options to choose from. the location was perfect, just a short walk from town and away from the hustle and bustle. the private parking was a big plus, and the friendly staff were always ready to help.

Although the view was impressive, the shared deck was not convenient as it was difficult to find a chair sometimes. Lastly, the steps to reach some of the rooms were quite steep and could be difficult for some guests to climb.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the beautiful property with a pool and gardens. The breakfast served in our room was superb, and the views of the castles and ruins in the distance were breathtaking. There are great restaurants within walking distance and the owner and staff were friendly and helpful. The property also had a lovely hammock in the garden and a covered daybed on the terrace. it was a romantic and tranquil place to stay.
