I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The attention to detail was impeccable. From the classical music playing upon arrival to the small bags of gummy bears in the bathroom, everything was thoughtfully arranged. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel like a personal guest, offering a glass of sherry as I checked in. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view over the countryside and castle.

Stayed in a pretty room with incredible views and complementary tea and coffee. Perfect location to explore the area, within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Had an overall relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are clean and fairly spacious. The rooms are lovely, light, and decorated for Christmas, offering superb views. Breakfast in the garden is fantastic, and the little upstairs dining room in the main building is awesome.
