Stylish B&B in safe neighborhood, close to attractions, helpful staff, excellent breakfast and room.

I recently stayed at this charming boutique B&B for a few days. The location was perfect, just a short walk from downtown and away from the tourist crowds. The apartment had a cool vintage vibe and the window opened to a peaceful area. The bathroom was spotless and had a hairdryer along with a fantastic shower gel that doubled as body lotion. If I find myself back in Lisbon, I would definitely choose this place again.

This boutique B&B is excellently located, right in front of a park and close to Barrio Alto and Principe Real. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with Portuguese details. The bathroom had a good-sized bathtub and sufficient light at night. The service was top-notch, with a friendly staff. Breakfast was delivered to the room promptly every morning, and the view from the room was lovely.

The soundproofing in the hotel was poor, and noise from the hallways and other rooms could be heard easily.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and modern, with great amenities like a Nespresso machine and a kettle. The hotel is located right by Príncipe Real garden, which is a beautiful location with nice restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was also delicious and had plenty of options.

The location of the hotel is superb, with easy access to great bars and restaurants. The little yellow number 24 bus passes right by the window, making it convenient to explore the city. the hotel is close to hip clubs, shops, and bars, as well as viewpoints and many of the city's top attractions. The room was comfortable and spacious, providing a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious and the service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff ensuring a pleasant experience. the hotel had beautiful wall frescoes in the room, adding a unique and charming touch.

There were some minor inconveniences, such as noise from the main street, especially at night. there were a few maintenance issues, such as a shower that only partially worked and a bathroom door that was difficult to close.

The coffee and breakfast offered at the hotel were great and provided a good start to each day. the hotel's location was very convenient to many bars, restaurants, and other attractions, making it easy to get around.

The bathroom situation was not ideal. the shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it, and there were no curtains to stop the water from spraying everywhere.

Nearby, there are several fantastic restaurants to choose from. Guests have praised the beautiful view from the rooms, showcasing the park and city below. What a warm welcome we received at Casa Oliver Boutique B&B! Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. Although the WiFi could have been stronger, overall we had a great stay. I highly recommend this B&B.

noisy rooms

The vintage room was beautifully decorated with attention to detail, reminiscent of staying in a lovely old house. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping it nice throughout our stay. The location was excellent, just a short stroll away from lots of great restaurants and bars.

No improvements needed - all was fine.

The staff were welcoming and fluent in English, providing helpful information about the local area. The hotel offered an excellent breakfast, giving a good start to each morning. There was a park across the road with a nice café and live entertainment in the afternoon. The bus stop right in front made it convenient to travel to the heart of the city and also served as a hop-on stop for the city tour. The building had charm, was quiet at night, and had secure locking. There were also good restaurants nearby.
